This little but mighty board is sooo perfect for literally anyone! I am new to working out & tbh, this board makes me actually want to work out at home. After one day of a 40 minute workout I got from YouTube, I was already super super sore for days which obviously tells you it works. I do wish there were some lighter resistance bands so it’s a little easier for beginners who don’t have much strength lol but other than that, this board is an amazing investment. Would definitely recommend to EVERYONE!!!
